September Update From DogTown HQ!
Effective Monday 16th September, our Grooming Schedule will be:
~ Mondays & Tuesdays: medium, large and extra large dogs only.
~ Wednesdays & Thursday: small and limited medium dogs only.
~ Fridays: No Grooming/Bathing
*NOTE – Dog Day Care will remain open on Fridays.
What if I’ve got Grooming booked already?
Grooming bookings between now and Monday 16 September will remain unchanged. That’s locked in.
All bookings AFTER the Monday 16 September date, will be contacted over the next week or so *IF* your appointment needs to be changed to reflect the new Grooming schedule. We will contact you.
Dog Day Care
Don’t forget – Dog Day Care can be utilised on the same day as Grooming appointments. Day Care service is available from 7.30am-6pm and there is a special offer for new Day Care customers: pay just $50 and get 3 Day Care sessions. See more information on Day Care here.
Online Booking – Coming (very) soon!
Very soon, you’ll be able to book both Grooming and Day Care instantly yourself, via a new system accessed online. This will help streamline and fast-track the appointment booking and confirmation process – and importantly – avoid the lengthy time delays to hear back from us. Yes, I hear you, and I’m so sorry for any frustration and inconvenience caused. I know it’s been difficult to get a hold of us in the past, but that’s all about to change!

Thank you to each and every one of you who have been so patient and so supportive with all of the recent changes at DogTown. I adore your precious dogs and I feel so disappointed to have let you down with my delayed or non-existent responses. I’m really sorry.
It is onwards and upwards from here folks, PROMISE! The new online changes will take a little bit of time to nail, but we’re on the right track now and I’m genuinely so excited to service you and your beautiful dogs to the highest level possible.
